2006 Shelby GTH on request

In 1966, Carroll Shelby and Hertz produced and rented out 1,000 Shelby Mustang GT350Hs. Under the name “Rent a Racer” this program became a huge success for both companies and the vehicles are today sought after, very valuable models.

In 2006, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary and the very successful new Ford Mustang, this program was relaunched: 500 Shelby Mustang GT-H were produced – all black with gold stripes. This vehicle was again very successful and laid the foundation for the resurrection of the Shelby brand.

Our car is number 98 of 500 and was once rented in the USA before it came to Austria. Today there are about 7-8 Shelby GT-H in Europe.
